Players' complaints
If you notice a player violating one or more statements of the User Agreement - in the post-match statistics, you can praise a player or file a complaint against them. Simply right-click a character’s nickname and select the appropriate reason to file a complaint. This function is also available in the game lobby.
If you have proof of wrongful actions of another player, you can file a written complaint about it to Support. For the administration to deal with the violator, you must attach evidence of the violation (screenshots / videos).
All attachments must not be edited using graphic editing software. Their quality should allow the administration to easily see the signs of violation.
In case of team-kills, you must provide the administration with following evidence:
- Screenshot of the killing of three or more allies in one match
- Video evidence clearly showing the intentional killing of an ally
Complaints about the use of profanity in the game chat are accepted only if "Message censorship" is enabled.
